This Privacy Policy explains what data UtilityHub processes, for what purpose, and for how long. UtilityHub is designed to minimize personal data processing and does not require account registration for core usage.

2. Data We Process

  • Files submitted by users strictly for processing and delivery of requested output.

  • Provision of requested services (file processing and delivery).

  • Operational diagnostics and infrastructure stability.

4. File Retention

Uploaded and processed files are automatically deleted within up to one hour for anonymous users and up to 24 hours for registered users after processing completion. Files are not intended for long-term storage and may become unavailable earlier due to technical operations.

5. Log Retention

Technical logs may be retained for a limited period as necessary for security and operational integrity, after which they are deleted or anonymized in line with internal retention practices.

6. International Processing

File processing infrastructure is hosted in the European Union. Data may be processed only to the extent necessary to provide the service and maintain platform security.

7. User Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.

8. Sensitive Data Warning

Do not upload highly sensitive personal data unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards. Users remain responsible for legal compliance related to uploaded content.
