These Terms of Use govern access to and use of UtilityHub online services available at utilityhub.pro. By using the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

1. Provider Information

2. Scope of Services

UtilityHub provides online SaaS tools for file conversion, compression, resizing, comparison, and related processing. Registration is not required for core usage. Service features may be changed, restricted, or discontinued at any time.

3. Free and Paid Access

UtilityHub may offer free tools, paid subscriptions, one-time payments, and donations. Free access does not create a right to permanent free availability.

4. Availability Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" and "as available". UtilityHub does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with all formats, or suitability for a specific purpose.

5. File Processing and Deletion

  • Files are processed on provider-controlled servers located in the European Union.
  • Processed output is made available for download after completion.
  • Uploaded and processed files are automatically deleted within up to one hour for anonymous users and up to 24 hours for registered users.
  • No archival copies are guaranteed and deleted files are not recoverable.

6. User Responsibilities

  • You must have lawful rights to upload and process submitted files.
  • You must not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or otherwise illegal content.
  • You must not attempt to bypass limits, overload infrastructure, or abuse automated processing.

7. Restricted Use Cases

The service is not intended for highly sensitive use cases, including legal evidence archiving, medical records, classified information, or data subject to strict statutory retention obligations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UtilityHub is not liable for data loss, file corruption, loss of profits, or indirect/consequential damages. Liability remains only where exclusion is not legally permitted.

9. Payments and Refunds

Donations are non-refundable. Paid digital services are generally non-refundable once processing has started, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence, where applicable, remain unaffected.

11. Amendments

UtilityHub may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective when published on the website.
