About HEIC to PNG
PNG is the format to reach for when you need a HEIC photo in a lossless, broadly compatible form - for example to edit it further, place it on a transparent background, or keep every pixel of detail.
Upload your HEIC or HEIF files and download PNG images. Unlike JPG, PNG does not throw away detail to save space, so the result is pixel-faithful to the source. The trade-off is a larger file, which is the right choice when quality matters more than size.
Use HEIC to PNG when an image will be edited repeatedly, layered in a design tool, or used as a logo or graphic where crisp edges and exact colors matter. For ordinary photo sharing where size counts, JPG or WebP are usually the better pick.
